How to Order

Once you are happy with the items you have placed in your shopping cart, you have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the quantity and clicking update.

When you are happy with all the items and quantities in your cart, you can begin the easy check out process.

It is not essential to have an account with Fashionably Pregnant, having an account simply means some of the essential boxes will be pre-filled during checkout, the next time you shop with us.

You have the option to have your items delivered to a different address than the billing address, please take care when filling out the check out fields, as mistakes to your delivery address could mean lost parcels, which Fashionably Pregnant accept no responsibility for.

You can pay for items on the site using Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron debit cards, American Express charge cards on the website. You can also use PayPal.

You can pay for items on the site using Pound Sterling, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Euros, Danish Krona, Swedish Kroner, Norwegian Krone, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars and Swiss Francs.

Can I amend my order? We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure you get your new clothes as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “Confirm & Pay” but after this point you won’t be able to make any changes, and your items will be sent out to you as per your order confirmation.

Can I amend my delivery address? We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure you get your new clothes as soon as possible. So unfortunately once your order’s been placed we can’t make any changes to your delivery address and your order will be sent out to you as per your order confirmation.

Delivery & Returns

UK Standard Delivery

Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). UK standard delivery is £3.80

You are entitled to FREE UK standard delivery if your order total is over £70

UK Next Day Delivery*

*Order before 2pm to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 2pm will be delivered the day after (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am – 9pm. Postcode restrictions apply, please check Royal Mail website.

European and International Delivery

We can post to anywhere in the world. European and International Delivery is £14.50

Expected time of arrival for your parcel will vary depending on each countries import and customs timescale checks.

Oops, I’ve changed my mind? UK customers can refund or exchange their unworn item for a different size or colour of the same item. If you’d like a different item or you’re outside of the UK, you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Please email before returning your item.

How Do I Return an Item?
If you change your mind about any Items purchased you can return them to us (except swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:
1.     the Items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains);
2.     the Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.

Please note that this policy only applies to Items you have purchased on the Site.
You must take reasonable care of the Items. Whilst you may inspect the Items when they are in your possession you must not use them.
You will be responsible for returning the Items to us including the cost of returning the Items using a courier or other postal method.
You should return the Items in their original packaging wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Items that occur before they are returned to us including where they are lost or damaged in transit.
If you cancel your contract you will be refunded the price you paid for the Items within your order, not including delivery. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Items, if this has been caused by your handling, including any loss or damage that occurs during transit. The refund will be made to the original method of payment you used, within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled Items if earlier, within 14 days from the day we receive proof of return from you.
Please note if you do not wish to cancel your entire contract and just want to return some of the Items in your order you can return them in accordance with our standard returns policy.

For Items purchased from other sources, you will need to check the returns policies of the applicable source.

If you are a European Union customer and you have purchased Items on our Site you also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your Items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. This right does not apply to Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or Items where an applicable hygiene seal has been removed (e.g. underwear, swimwear ). To cancel your order you must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing to When emailing please include details of your order to help us to identify you including your name, address and order number.
Items bought in our Boutique are non-refundable. Please inspect the Items before purchasing.
